• Data is synced daily but may not reflect real-time changes
• Availability information is provided "as-is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the data
• Always verify availability directly with the FAA before reserving an N-number

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tailfinder only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt the service (e.g., denial-of-service attacks)
• Use automated tools to scrape or download excessive amounts of data

• The Tailfinder name and branding are owned by the project maintainers
